Ophthalmic

As part of our commitment to improve services for everyone, we’ve launched a new feature on the PCSE website – the PCSE Website Search Assistant.

When you visit the website looking for information, you will be able to use the Search Assistant which appears on the right hand side of the page. The new feature will provide support in finding answers to many questions.

The Search Assistant will proactively ask questions depending on the web page you are on and respond conversationally to any questions about it. The answers provided will be from information that is already on the PCSE website and the Search Assistant aims to assist by quickly finding the answers.

Robert Ramsden, Head of Communications at PCSE commented: “We’re really excited to launch this new feature on our website. It should really benefit our website visitors who need to find an answer to their query quickly and save time spent on the phone, enabling users to self-serve. We’re committed to removing the administrative burden for everyone and the new Search Assistant feature is a step forward in achieving this goal.”
